"Breakfast was great but the hotel was not as on the pictures; Furniture was old with stains that look dirty. The shower terrible with minimal water, bathroom was very dark even with lights. The stuff was not the friendliest and when ask about city sites, stores directions they were clueless. Oh and they advertised shuttle services from the airport but is not true. You have to arrange your own transportation. "

"Great views from the room on 7th floor although the windows were (permanently?) steamed up. Room nice and clean and the lighting was good. Staff at breakfast and on reception were good."

"I stayed twice in 2 different floors. First was very comfy and with a great view. Second however, on the last floor, had a full height glass wall towards the street and the noise was insane, impossible to rest without waking up 50 times a night. On top of that: balcony door impossible to lock from inside; balcony floor was dirtier than the street. Not upset but really dissapointed"

"El personal muy atento, desde que te reciben el vehículo,punto negativo es que la caja de seguridad jamás funcionó y no hubo solución o seguimiento, el baño es muy pequeño, casi te tienes que meter a la regadera para poder abrir o cerrar la puerta."
