"The place was very difficult to find. The elevator was not working, there was not breakfast, the floor I was on was extremely noisy even after the front desk lady asked them to stop the noise. "We had been at a concert at Red Rocks and when we got back to the hotel, there was no hot water at all in the bathroom. We told the front desk and she said she would let the manager know. There was no apology or anything."

"First and foremost, the entire staff was awesome. Fast, professional, accommodating, and friendly. Elizabeth was our favorite. She was the first face we saw after a very long drive & was amazing. The room was nice and spacious and the bed was pretty comfortable. The breakfast was sufficient but not remarkable. The only things that I felt could be improved were the cleanliness of the entrance from the parking lot. Also, increase the timer on the handicap door button. I got smacked by the door...
