"Ideal location right on campus. Rooms are very clean. The staff is great except that sometimes there’s no one at the front desk and it takes anywhere from 5-10 minutes for a person to arrive."

"The room was small which we knew, we didn't know their would be mouse traps in the room or a blob of something sticky on the bedspread. I don't think the rug was vacuumed as their were feathers on the floor. Backporch/deck to cars was very soft. Thought my foot was going to go through the boards. Place in need of an update very soon not just a coat of paint."

The breakfast was very good. It was listed as continental, but there were hot items as well. Is located about 5 miles from UMaine and will be our go to hotel for the next three years."

The rooms are awesome, always clean, comfortable beds, staff is great & we always enjoy the breakfasts (there is quite a bit to choose from....hot & cold....and they're good about keeping it well stocked). There's tons of parking & it's in a safe/beautiful area."

"Second time we stayed here. This was the half way point of our trip and they allowed us to have our dog stay with us. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and kind. The Mexican restaurant was really good and not expensive. It’s not a luxury resort, but you get a lot for the price."

"I had a broken shower. I was told the hotel was full as it was graduation weekend. That the manager would call me Monday. I never received a call so I called her. She said the shower head worked fine and that I was lying. I would never recommend staying there."
