"Excellent hotel right in the center of the CBD. The staff are attentive, friendly and customer oriented. The location is within walking distance of the wharf, shopping and many restaurants. The breakfast buffet was a real treat as well as well as the comfortable beds and views from the rooms. We would highly recommend a stay."

"Excellent location but requires a 100 dolllar bond per night and checking in required photo identification. The security system at checking seemed over the top. The staff were embarrassed at having to explain. Understand for people off the street but off putting for nationals. Room cleaning attendants didn’t appear until 4.45pm - meant that we couldn’t use our room until late in the day. Great concierge service. Very helpful."

"The hotel and room were perfect for our 1 night stay on our way South. Staff were very friendly, and everything worked as it should in the room. Very close to the shopping centre to stock up or to get meals. Found it a little tricky to find the hotel at first so perhaps some more prominent signing would help. "

"We were upgraded to a suite which was great. So much room. While some of the common spaces are starting to show their age the room was great and fairly modern. "

"The aircon condesation drips into the bathtub, which pools water. The bathtub does not drain quickly, and was pooling water a couple of inches deep after a 10minute shower. Eventually cleared after an hour. The doors rattle in a light breeze, and there is little sound proofing. Staff are friendly though. "
