"Had it all. Great position to Alfriston high street. 6 mins walk. Alongside Cuckmere river and walks. Pool and spa are brilliant. Can’t wait to go again. Food brilliant. Staff so good. Can’t praise it enough.
Maybe rooms need air con due to this very hot weather."

"Very welcoming, The Wellington is a pub/hotel. So if you want a local atmosphere and your bedroom upstairs it will suit you. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Close to seafront and amenities.
Parking was in the street. Very busy when arrived. Parked on sea front. 12 hours only. Picked up a ticket. (£25) So, parking could be difficult.
Would I return? Absolutely."

"While the Tiger Inn pub is nicely located by the village inn and the staff were very helpful, the room was over priced for what it was - a nice room in a pub. To describe it as 'luxury' is somewhat misleading in my view. The food was good but nothing special, so again, certainly didnt justify the 'luxury' reference"
