"The hotel is 10 minute stroll from the airport and easy to get into the centre as a result. Helpful staff, lively pool, supermarket with excellent and very inexpensive restaurant 2 minutes walk down the road. Perfect in every way."

"Bathroom was too small and there were few places to hang things. Not enough counter space in bathroom. The shower had soap but no shampoo. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very nice and helpful. Quite a walk to the beaches. I feel like they gave us a room for one person but there were two of us."

"Great place and location in Faro. Close to the airport and a 5 min walk to the main town area with restaurants, bars, shops. The room was big. Had a bedroom and big kitchen area. We stayed one night but would have loved a couple. They have parking with advance reservation swhich was convinent. Small area to get into garage so no big vehicles. Our BMW almost didn't make it."

"From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were so helpful and friendly - from the Front Desk to Housekeeping Staff to the Bar & Restaurant Staff, they are all a credit to the management. The Hotel itself is modern, bright & spotlessly clean and is in a great location with loads of shops, restaurants and activities within walking distance - it's literally across street from the beach. I loved my stay here and would highly recommend."

"We booked a 2-bedroom “villa” however when we got to our “villa” it looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. Not only that but it was in the very back of the property almost in a separate unit called “villa memosa”. These looked completely different from all the rest o the units at the resort. It was my 40th bday and we complained. Fortunately the staff was receptive and showed us some of the 3 bedroom villas which were more like what we had seen when booking.
