"Terrible experience i will never come back to this place again. The checkin was not smooth at all, all e-mails sent in German language, at the property information was displayed in the same language. No guidance for people who are not speaking the language. More than that, they are requesting me to pay an extra tax of €3.89 as apparently I didn’t complete the check in at the machine and i used some emergency type of check in which was not explained to me.This was not explained for the beginning, nor on Expedia. Lack of transparency, poor customer service and clearly not professional. I will also submit a formal complaint i think customers should not experience something like this."

"Friendly staff, good breakfast. Room was a bit outdated. I would recommend renovation and change mattresses and pillows (not too comfortable)."

"Restful and relaxing. Wonderful host who made sure we had everything we needed. Spacious guest suite with a full kitchen. Breakfast was in a beautiful space with every option available. Highly recommend "
