Reception was acceptable. And room was clean. Hotel’s Staff doesn’t speak english. There was no flat sheet in the bed. Only a fitted sheet and a blanket. Dinner was terrible. I have been sick during the night (chicken not well cooked). For the breakfast buffet, nothing “occidental”. No “english breakfasts” and no cereals (other than coco pops and sugar crisp for kids). Waiters/waitresses ignored us except to clean the table… even when we were not finished, Small parking was full… we had to park in the street. Very disappointing for a Ramada.

Very tired hotel, poor service and breakfast

It is not an old hotel but it is looking very tired, especially carpet that is peeling across the whole common areas and in the rooms… we tripped on it several times; if it is not fixed people will soon trip and break arms or teeth… The cleaning system doesn’t work… the rooms are supposed to be cleaned after 1 pm which doesn’t really work, as we got back to the room at 4.40 pm and the room still hasn’t been cleaned… rooms should be cleaned in the morning… The staff in the restaurant has added a few items to our bill which we didn’t order, I had to complain and check each bill afterwards… breakfast is not fresh and compared to other hotels in the town of very poor quality. We were very disappointed as we stayed in that hotel 18 months earlier and the quality and service has declined dramatically since then… there are better hotels in town at comparable prices. Wi-fi is very weak and keeps disconnecting… Food in the restaurant is very tasty and reasonably priced - that’s the only good thing about that hotel.

Bir önceki konaklamamız gibi odamız yine suite oda olmasına rağmen bu sefer deniz manzarası yerine yakındaki evleri görüyordu. Öğle yemeği saatleri içerisinde, restaurant bölümünde toplanan personellerin gürültüsünden yemek yemek ve lobide oturmak mümkün değildi. Bir önceki konaklamamızın aksine memnun kalmadan ayrıldık.
