"The hotel itself was comfortable. The room was ok. staff did their job efficiently. However, there are a couple of important things that I felt let it down. Everything is in Chinese ...I would suggest an English translation..this would make life easier for Western visitors. Also the internet was very unreliable and spotty . If these things are considered then it would be a major improvement"

"It’s really nice place to stay, the host upgrades our room into a loft unit, 3 king beds with 5pc bathroom upstairs and 2pc downstairs. And they supply all the amenities. It’s really convenient place with a lot of restaurants downstairs. Close to subway station. We will book there again if we go back to Beijing!"

"I booked an Elite studio at this so called “boutique” hotel. Please be aware there is no TV and kitchen facilities are limited, be prepared to go back and forth to get what you initially thought you would get when booking. The cooker did not work properly, a kitchen with no kitchen facilities, room did not have TV. When given one after repeated back and forth to reception it was not for foreign users which I only discovered after my son and myself tried to use it. The TV in the public room...
