"Everything about this property worked great for our stay. Staff and facilities were excellent. Please note that this site is very close to the regional airport where the tourist helicopters depart from, so there is quite a lot of noise during the day. This didn't bother us too much, and all the benefits of the establishment itself being quiet compensated for the airport noise. "The hotel is located in three converted houses in downtown Reykjavik, the rooms are therefore small but not claustrophobic. The location is excellent and close to all the restaurants and nightlife. The stop #1 for all tours is half a block away. Staff is friendly and helpful and problem solvers. The restaurant open early for breakfast and has a cozy bar for a couple of drinks. An excellent choice if you visit Reykjavik. "
