"Everything from the location (everything walkable from Inn) to amineties (Jacuzzi, board games, pool house) to breakfast (freshly made from scratch), and snacks (including free happy hour drinks). The same staff have all worked there for years and really work well together. I felt like I was visiting family. The rooms were super comfortable."

"Although the room wasn’t huge for 2 beds, it was very nicely done. They thought about every issue you can have: storage, electrical plugs, etc. In our room, there was even a light in the bath overhead that acts like a nightlight. My cousin and I were very impressed. We were close to town but out to make it easy to take day trips elsewhere. I can see where it might be a little challenging to park in Saugatuck during season."

"No breakfast as advertised on Expedia. Coffee only and starts at 9 a.m. Need it earlier than that. Also, no internet and TV might have been affected by it. Only one channel available. Otherwise, it is a very cute and clean property. The owners are very sweet and accommodating. Close to everything, a pleasant walk to Saugatuck. We would stay again. Maybe a commercial prewrapped muffin placed in the room as a breakfast offering. Coffee service at 8?"

"Great location for a visit to downtown Saugatuck & neighboring Holland. Two story property. Choose room, if possible, on the 2nd floor so you are not bothered by the creaking ceiling from guests above you! The breakfast area is very small. There are food trays available if you have to eat in your room. The offerings are:bread, small pastries, cereal, milk, juice, yogurt, scrambled eggs, a breafkast meat, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, and a coffee table in the reception are-right outside the...

" Beautifully landscaped, felt more private than it probably was, rooms were small (we had two queen sized beds, so I’m sure that’s part of it) and the bathroom was even smaller but clean!! Beds and pillows are definitely above average. Check in was a breeze. Very, very quiet which was particularly important to me. I appreciate the assigned parking spots. The only thing I wish were different is being able to get coffee before 9:00 am. "

"This inn is beautifully kept and very convenient to most everything you want to do in Holland! Judy cooks an absolutely fantastic breakfast in the morning. Be sure not to miss it! Her husband, Carl even let me take some of the empanadas home since some of the guests didn’t come down for breakfast that morning. Overall highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast!"

"Great location a few blocks from the main shopping district of historic Holland , walkable Starbucks, coffee in the lobby, breakfast to order, not included. Uniquely designed rooms, quite fun! Looks like they’re going through an expansion so construction affecting one end of the building and the parking lot was compromised, but not an issue"

"Breakfast was great. The staff was helpful and nice. The room was big and nice. Soome things need updated or fixed such as the rubber strip at the bottom of the doors.was hanging off and we tripped on it several times. "

"Hotel does not have immediate access to the road so took me awhile to find it. They were also paving the road leading to the Hotel. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. Grounds are well kept. The pool area was nice and clean also. Room was very clean. Stayed for a week and highly recommend."

" there could have been a bigger selection of food for breakfast like some scrambled eggs and bacon. the TV had a minimum of channels and there no instructions on use and no way to get some outside channels. I would say it was an ok stay for the price and location, however if th property wants to improve it needs to add more to it's amenities and breakfast"

"FIRE! The entire hotel had to evacuate because of a fire caused by an old piece of equipment. Hotel needs to upgrade for everyone’s safety. What made it even worse was the owner or manager of the hotel (husband/wife team) just stood there while we were all standing outside in the cold (49 degrees). No apologies. No communication. No offers of a hot drink. No blankets. Nothing. It felt like…I got your money and I’m going to do as little as possible. Never going there again nor any in the same...
