"Was given a key to a room different to that requested. Staff pretty unhelpful in correcting it. Only 2 elevators for a large hotel. One was broken for the duration of the stay, the second intermittently. Asked for the room to be cleaned - clean towels provided, asked for clean cups, not so. Only 2 coffee sachets provided for 2 people for 3 days. No cream/whitener.
Bed sheet had holes in it through wear. Needed replacing.
I’ve stayed here many times before and it’s been great, but it feels like...

"Beautiful little hotel. Incredibly clean, staff warm and welcoming in English. Attatched restaurant is a must-try. A little off the beaten path but 10-15 munites on the bus and you’re exploring the city again! Will be a repeat visitor. Thanks!"

"I rated this as a hostel, NOT compared to a hotel. As a US traveler coming to Germany, I was looking for a private room for a week to experience another country on the cheap. The room was clean, the host was great with communication, the locks and codes worked as indicated, it was a 3 min walk from the nearby busses and 10min to a grocery store. It was exactly what I was looking for. About 30 minutes outside the city, which made for quieter nights than if I were in Munich proper."

"Perfect for what we needed the little shower had excellent water pressure- No a/c but they provide a fan we placed in the window that helped cool off the room - Our room was on the courtyard side 2nd floor and the people smoke out there in the mornings making the room fill and smell of cigarettes. If that doesn’t bother you then it’ll be just fine otherwise don’t get a room facing the courtyard. Breakfast was ok at best."

"Very old space, no clear instructions for parking, people there are really rude. Nobody wants to even try to help! Room is okay, but bathroom and toilet were nasty!!! Never will be back there. A lot of rude people live around there a lot of containers, really a dangerous place, it’s scary!!!"
