"poor management low staffs no one on front desk to give us the keys they left keys on front desk with R00M # Put their customers In Danger and at risk any one pick the keys no security on floor any one walk in to lobby this the second time they did last time bath room was not clean not review properly need better security standards any one hide in the room get heart this is serious"

My room 'the green room' was conveniently located on the second floor and although 'my bathroom was across the hall -- it was charming rather than inconvenient."
