"Great place to stay in Houghton!"

"We have stayed at this property many times and have had an excellent experience. This last stay had one issue. We booked a handicapped room with a roll in shower due to the fact my husband walks with a rollator. After taking my shower which was a very short one, I walked out of the shower and almost the entire bathroom was flooded with water. Water started to flow into the hallway and then into the bedroom. I immediately called down to the desk to ask for maintenance, however, I was told...

"My room was clean and well maintained. Everything was well stocked. The only downside that I noticed was that there was no ice machine. I require ice. I looked for one and could not find it. If it was there, it was well hidden."

"Beautifully decorated and maintained home and friendly staff. Nice location close to Letchworth State Park."

"The room smelled very badly of mildew. The beds were comfortable, but the coffee maker really didn’t work. Everything shuts down there between four and five so if you need anything at night, you’re on your own and there’s no breakfast accommodations. Also, there is no staff available in the afternoon and evenings."
