"Rooms are NOT cleaned well. We walked in to urine on the toilet seats, poop marks in toilet bowel, brown mark on hanging! hand towel & hair in shower. Also pillow case had stains. They advertise as "newly remodeled rooms" but they do not clean them. We had to change rooms & the 2nd was just as bad ..."
