"Clean room"

"Great one night stay. Good price, clean spacious room with powerful AC. Rooms seemed newer or renovated and everything seemed fresh. Excellent free coffee. Didn’t try the free bfast but looked good for your basic hot free hotel breakfast. Friendly late night reception. Thumbs up."

"The room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, one beds sheets were stained pinkish red on every layer. I selected pay at the property and I was charged before my arrival, checkout was listed in the front lobby at 11am, I was awoken by a staff member at 10am asking if I was checking out soon. Rooms could most definitely be cleaner and I feel like room checks should start no earlier than maybe 30 minutes before check out. "The parking in the parking garage is convenient. We walk to the casino for concerts. There are restaurants and a coffee shop in walking distance. Hotels dont get any cleaner. The room was also very comfortable as far as the air conditioning. I like it cold. The young man at the front desk was very nice. We have stayed here 4 times. "

"My family members all had reservations at the Best Western, but I had always chosen the Holiday Inn. When I checked in, the staff member was not helpful, and she looked like she was wearing sweatpants and a sweater. "The place was beautiful along with the room. Bowling was a blast and so was the roof top deck. Lots to do and lots in waking distance. Would stay again."

"The hotel is definitely aged/old property. The entry breakfast area was very small and aged. It was clean. The room looked somewhat modernized, beds were comfortable. The bathroom was decent but old and battered. Lots of patching up on things. We were on the side of property facing the Hwy. It was noisy. The windows were old and thin. The actual breakfast of cereals, bagels, bread and waffles was very basic. Don’t drink the coffee. AC was fine. Was it the 8 plus rating it got ? NO. I would have...

"Hair in the sink. Only went barefoot once as the floor had pebbles, etc and needed vacuuming. Reserved a 1st floor room but got 2nd floor. One couple had reserved a 1st floor room and cannot do stairs and were charged $20 extra because the room had a jacuzzi and was the only 1st floor room they could get. Also the ice machine was broken the whole time and they did not provide a way to get ice. They are located next to a Casey's! (They have an area with self serve items including frozen...

"It was a quick and cheap place. It was clean, and they had a minimal continental breakfast. AC worked, which was a plus. The staff was very helpful. You can tell they had updated some parts, but it still showed some past wear in the ceilings and walls. Not an amazing property, but it did the job for a few days."
