"After checking in was informed the elevator was broke, was given 2 rooms on the 4th floor. Had to use the stairway to carry 6 pieces of luggage up to our rooms, I should mention I'm 72 years old. Luckily I had my 13 year old grandson with us. The temperature there that day was 100 went with him out ..."
