"Lounge and reception staff were on their own program. Sat in lounge for 15 minutes waiting for service. Finally went to registration to have him paged. Required the advertised airport shuttle. Clicked on QR code as instructed by reception. Went to lobby, got on a shuttle only to be pulled off and told our shuttle was the public bus. The bus stop was off their campus. The receptionist had a vague description of where the pickup would be. “Over there” he pointed in the direction of the lobby...

"Property is close to the airport and a shuttle picked us up and dropped us. Only downside is they charge for the shuttle per person to go back to the airport. The rooms are very small but for one night we made it work. The staff was helpful to find late night food options as we arrived late."

"What a delightful and authentic German hotel in a quiet village. The staff were incredible and the buffet breakfast was also very good. The restaurant across the street is excellent and there’s the enormous Neues Schloss Schleißheim palace just meters from the front to the hotel. Hard to fault this accommodation. We will return when we come back next year. Highly recommended."

"Hotel was nice enough -- clean and modern with super helpful staff, and about a 10-min taxi ride to the airport. Two things to note: 1) Beware of price-gouging -- room availability in Munich was tight due to a big concert, and I learned after the fact my reservation was nearly 4x the room's normal rate (my flight was canceled, so it was a same-day reservation, but still). 2) The hotel is in an industrial park with not much of anything around it (I had dinner at a giant wave-pool surfing complex,...

"Schickes Hotel etwas außerhalb der Stadt. Sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Zimmer mit einem modernen Badezimmer. Tolles zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir waren mit dem Auto da, deswegen war die Tiefgarage vor Ort für uns besonders wichtig. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."

"Ich mochte die moderne Einrichtung, die Größe sowie die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt. Abzug gibt es für widersprüchliche Aussagen zum Preis des Frühstücks. Beim Check-in wurde uns gesagt, es koste 18 € pro Zimmer, bei Check-Out haben wir 18 € pro Person gezahlt."

"The hotel is beautiful and efficient. We checked in at 9pm and it did take a few minutes as there were others in front of us and only two people doing check-in. It would be nice if the pool was open a be little later than 10:00 pm. We only were able to use it for about 20 minutes when the attendant told us we had to leave at 9:50. The pool was fantastic!"
