"Staff was very aggressive, rude, would not let us finish a sentence or ask a question without an authoritative interject as if any type of communication was an attempt to undermine their professionalism.. just felt cold, as if scolded by a controlling overbarring parental figure. It was uncalled for. We ended up having to cancel a 3 day stay with a $150 security deposit I might add, due to unforeseen circumstances that required us to relocate to a new city… never even stepped foot in our suite,...

"Room was horrible smelt like cigarettes and mold. The fire alarm was ripped out of the wall with wires hanging out. Bedding was all stained yellow. Would go out for breakfast and there would be nothing left or everything was scattered and messy. Had do not disturb thing on door. House keeping would start banging on the door at 7 in the morning. "The hotel was affordable and available after being stranded in airports for the last 24 hours. The room was clean, bathroom clean, fridge clean, however the couch was peeling, and the water in the shower was lukewarm. I could overlook those things because i was a drivable distance to the beach, in a paradise, and it was affordable in an emergency. Just be ware that the hotel is right next to a night club that plays loud music late into the night."

"Decent price for a decent place to get some sleep. Best part is a lot of great places to visit within walking distance. If not public transportation passes right by to get to almost anywhere in fort Myers and cape Coral. Not far from downtown either."

However a guest spilled french fries on the stairs leading down to the lobby (I was on 3rd floor) and they were there from the time I checked in on Saturday night till I checked out on Tuesday. It didn't leave a good impression. Other than that, my stay was fine"
