Feedback from our guests is the best way for us to improve the experience at our hotel.First of all, we sincerely apologize for your experience with our cleaning.The cleaning standards you describe are inexcusable. We will have an internal talk with our team, to make sure this never happens again.Regarding the tv and radio, it is true we do not have them in our rooms, that is part of the philosophy of our hotel, we want to encourage our guests to spend time in our common areas or to go out on adventures. As for the hair dryer, you are unfortunately correct, one was effectively missing in your room. Our colleague provided one to you as soon as we were made aware of the situation. It was also unfortunate that we had to perform some maintenance on our pluming in the building you were staying in, we are sorry for the negative effect it had on your stay.We have reached out to you directly, via Expedia direct messaging.Again, thank you for your feedback and we apologize for a substandard experience. We sincerely hope we can get to welcome you once again in the future.
