We had an amazing stay. The staff were outstanding they bent over backwards to make sure we had a fantastic time. We had originally booked for one night and stayed an extra night because we were having so much fun.

Great Place

This is a gem of a find in Alloa Scotland. The service and the attentiveness of the staff was outstanding. We enjoyed it so much we booked another night in this lovely little Hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is a fantastic and breakfast is included with your room.

This is a very nice little hotel. My room and bathroom were very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The room felt more like a room in a home rather than a hotel room. I had supper in the restaurant (braised beef) and it was delicious. Breakfast was made to order and was also good. They have a beautiful grounds…like a small park. Google Maps took me to the wrong street; just follow the sign. I would definitely go back.

A lovely old Scottish building, full of charm and character which is sadly lacking in modern multi-chain hotel groups. The staff were all absolutely lovely - very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, equipped with tea/coffee facilities, and a well-stocked bathroom. We were eating out in the evenings, but the breakfasts were wholesome, well-cooked, and with excellent choices. This was our second visit, and we will certainly be back any time we wish to stay in this area. Recommended.

The staff was fantastic. So friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had a number of options. I just mentioned that it had been chilly during the night and they brought us an additional heater.

Everything weas great, apart from the entire top of the hot tap turned when you used it. The tap still worked and the water was hot, but the whole top of the tap shouldn't rotate. No biggie, just a litle job for the maintenance team. All in all, a very good stay, with a great breakfast.
