"Not a 4 star standard of service or rooms. Not fully accessible to the road and buses etc. Staff extremely variable. Some friendly and efficient others disinterested and don’t deliver.
For example empty handed staff walk down corridors littered with ice buckets plates etc and do nothing about it for hours.
If you are going to use TV for all coms and info at least leave a single sheet to guide & help direct clients to it and ensure the tv remote works.
Fun being woken up by Gibbons in adjacent zoo but possibly not everyone’s idea of a wake up call.
Beware coach tour groups who block lifts and corridors. Parking is a lottery with limited hotel parking but zoo paid parking available on site. Well connected to buses to city centre but no shops or eateries close by."
"Parking - wish it was clearer that hotel guests don't need to pay for parking.
Room was super clean, comfy with lots of space.
Staff at reception were friendly and knowledgeable "
"The rooms were very clean, a great shower and the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Then you have the location..it was perfect for walking all over town and to the sights. Highly recommend."
"The breakfast was not the best this time around. They don’t do hot chocolate, they had no eggs for the majority or my stay and their bakery options were limited. The staff were not very helpful."
