We were in a wing with central air conditioning that is not individually controlled and I did not know that. The A/C was off for the winter (end of October and it was a warm day) and the room was warm when we checked in. The staff got us fans so that we could open the windows and cool off the room. "My experience at Canaan spa was excellent . The guests and impressions were thought out to the most minute detail. The hosts were truly overly amiable. I truly look forward to visiting again. I already put in a good reference to my chavruttah. He is planning to visit to Sfat with his family. Thank you. Norman First"

Our stay was made even less pleasant by a water outage which limited our ability to shower and by stairs that were literally not safe to walk on. We contacted the owner on...

"This place is magical! We had our own private pool, hot tub, and gorgeous apartment. We even had a private yard with a BBQ and picnic area. We cannot recommend it highly enough. You must go!! "
