"We had a wonderful stay at Melia Valencia. Although we were initially given the wrong room, Laura from The Level resolved everything quickly and professionally, making the experience completely stress-free.
The hotel is well connected by bus to the Old Town (62), Malvarrosa Beach (99), and is only around 15 minutes from the airport. Upgrading to The Level was well worth it for the exclusive lounge. The pool was a little small and busy, but it didn't affect our stay.

"A wonderful stay in a beautifully restored former convent. The hotel is brand new, exceptionally clean, and blends historic charm with modern comfort. Its central location makes it easy to explore the area. Although there is no on-site parking, a municipal parking (plaça de la Reina) is conveniently located just a short 3-minute walk from the property."
