"Wonderful hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly. They assisted us since before we booked our stay (being from San Marino, we had issues with the Green Pass). The SPA is without a doubt one of the best I have seen. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the lift and train station. We will go back as soon as we can."

Non mi capitava da una vita (e 30/40 notti all’anno le passo in hotel…) di essere accompagnato in camera dai receptionist. Bravi! Una piccola pecca. In fase di prenotazione non era scritto da nessuna parte che non era attivo il ristorante e siamo dovuti andare in centro a cena. Ottimo lo stesso."

Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e mi hanno anche salvato stamattina con una gomma a terra, io agitato e loro calmi e hanno trovato una soluzione. Colazione super. Consiglio e tornerò di certo. Ottima base per Andalo. Ci vogliono 25 minuti ma si fa senza problemi."
