"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and efficient. We left early in morning taking shuttle to airport which was very timely. Long term parking was convenient and safe."

"The front desk person took 20 minutes to check us in, the rooms are not that cleanly, and we asked for a crib because the property description said the hotel offered it and the front desk staff said they didn’t. But we asked a nice lady from housekeeping and she kindly got us a crib for our room. "

"Overall, very good. The staff (front desk, bar & restaurant) was excellent; professional and friendly. Hotel is new, so it was fresh and clean. Good meals from Recess, and sitting in the outside bar with a beverage was very pleasant. Location is convenient to Powell’s Books and other shopping, restaurants. If I’m being picky, I found the solar shades extremely noisy, and for a new building the sound proofing in general especially the ceiling could have been better. Also, I would have liked an actual coffee mug and wine glasses in the room. After all, Portland is known as a coffee town and the Willamette Valley a wine lover’s Mecca. "

"Was unaware of breakfast if there was any. The room was okay, pretty beat up to be honest. But overall it was a nice place, my one visit was good, not great . Great views though "
