"The room itself was good but we couldn’t get inside the casino (although we look well over 30 years old) because my husband didn’t have his physical identification at first so we went back to the room to get his actual ID, went back to the casino with it and security staff was VERY nasty and unprofessional. ..."

"The room was clean, staff were helpful and polite, enjoyed breakfast. However, I had requested an accessible room and it was not available upon check-in day. Fortunately staff provided one on the second day of my stay. Overall, my stay was pleasant. PS: It would be nice if hotel provided a shuttle ..."
