"First the positive: Location was great - a short drive to town. Management company was professional and responsive. The bottle of wine in the welcome package was a nice surprise. The oversized TV was great. However, I have to say that for the price we paid, we were expecting better. Visibly dirty carpet throughout the unit -- not consistent with the photos. Moldy shower curtain in master bathroom. Debris in the corner of the bathroom floor. Extensive water stains on the master bedroom ceiling....

"My family LOVED this rental. The home is beautiful with fantastic views and lovely naturual light. "The realtor office was very organized and friendly. The on line pictures do give this unit a bigger feel. The furniture was well used but over all for a pet friendly unit it worked. Definitely needs a deep cleaning, the coffee pot and stove felt of grease and it was quite odd to have unit owner items in the fridge. "
