"The staff and hotel were very nice. However, only few vehicles are allowed to stop in front of the hotel, you have to walk around the corner to get in to the hotel. Normally this is not a problem, but I broke my ankle during my visit and walking from the car to the door after hospital visit was excruciating. If you can’t walk far make sure your transportation is allowed to drop off at the door. "

"I was unable to stay at the hotel due to airline issues related to the Middle East situation, and although I requested compensation from the hotel, they were extremely inflexible. Despite the fact that it was a geopolitical issue and not my fault, I even received an email from the staff, but their attitude was so condescending that I was offended. I felt that this was an unacceptable response for a service industry company. I will never stay here again."
