"Great location, contemporary design Had reservation for 3 rooms. Arrived 01:00am due to flight delays. On the 3rd room, we found out the hotel check-in a different guest. No problem, right? Well..... Hotel ended up providing a key for a room where a guest was already sleeping!! (Past 1 am!!). In My room, the plastic of the bed-head was deteriorated and pieces fall on the white sheets and pillows all the time. Not pleasant. Other tgan that, great potential but requires better management. "
