Wonderful hotel. Location is perfect if you want to be right in the Center of Colmar. It is magical. Our room was fine. Just on the small side. Staff were lovely. We would stay here again.

Hotel is right where you want to be if you want to be in the middle of old town Colmar. You have to pay for that though with parking about 1/2 mile away, real pain dragging bags. Staff was great and super helpful

It was a typical European hotel room (small) but it was clean, and my room had a balcony. The staff was very helpful and the location was great. The restaurant across the street from the hotel "Brasserie Schwen" was recommended by the staff and it was absolutely amazing. The only con is they have no local parking. They recommend a parking garage that is a 6-minute walk from the hotel but it only charges 3 euro a day for parking.

We stayed in the apartment on the top floor. There was so much space with a full sitting room and a small kitchenette. Beautiful view of the cathedral. The ceiling beams added to the charm, but you needed to watch your head. The shower was tight and the bed hard. The staff was great and the location excellent. We parked in the saint Josse parking per staff suggestion and walked in (3 euros). Breakfast was very tasty and a great variety. We would book again .

The rose suite was a unique room but it needs air conditioning as there are no windows. Otherwise a fantastic location and the parking at St Josse is a perfect solution to the traffic rules. As a bonus the coffee shop between the parking and the hotel is really good!

Air conditioning worked amazingly for hot August summer. Excellent location in Old Town Colmar, everything was walkable. Room was so quite. Best hotel we have stayed at in Europe!

Great little hotel. Absolutely perfect location. Our issue was that they put us in the very top floor. We had a lot of luggage. Elevator was not working and they offered no assistance. The last day the elevator worked for part of the day. I asked for a small refund, like waive the €11 euro tax, they said no. Was a winding wood staircase. 4 flights. With 2 50lb checked luggage and 2 carryons. Can’t beat location and hotel was clean. Room was fine.

Amazing location right in the heart of Colmar, friendly staff. We stayed in the Rose suite underground with the hot tub. It was a really unique room. Tons of food and drink options steps away.

This was a perfect hotel for a one- night stay. We were able to stow our luggage before check in and after check out before we left Colmar. Our room was large and overlooked the street, which I loved. There are a few different sitting areas / a terrace that was a lovely wind down spot before retiring all staff we met were very friendly
