"It may not come as a surprise that sleeping in an igloo is not overly comfortable. I loved the overall experience, and the ice art is incredible. That said, it was much more comfortable to sleep in the lodge and just visit the ice hotel to admire the art. The staff is super helpful, friendly and sweetly authentic. This is one place that still has soul, does not feel like a corporation."
