"The property was well located in the center of town and next to many places to walk to for museums, transportation and local activities. Very nice breakfast as well. I think they received some negative comments in the past about the room quality but we found that they have seemed to upgraded everything. Two issues to note. "Great staff - reception staff very helpful with guidance as to getting around Liechtenstein but also our waitress at the affiliated restaurant for dinner was a great help with our small group (and had a good sense of humour!).
Downside: no elevator in the legacy part of the hotel to reach the 2nd and 3rd floors. Makes luggage an issue and not helpful for those with mobility issues. One needs to reserve the newer section of the hotel if this is an issue.

"I stayed in a two-bed twin private room. Pretty nice attached bathroom, comfortable beds. A little warm at night but it was ~22 degrees out during the day so understandable. Solid breakfast bar, nice common areas, and a good location. A bit pricey, but in line with costs in the rest of the Alps. Staff were very nice and accommodating, and helped me figure out bus routes for the two full days of my stay and set me up with the free tourist office bus pass."
"The hotel in immaculate and well appointed. The coffeehouse attached has a wonderful breakfast with great service. The walls are thick concrete so it is absolutely quiet; I never heard noise (voices and doors closing) in the hall or out on the street. There is a lovely balcony with table and 2 chairs and a useful ceiling fan.
