"I had a pleasant stay at Blue Horizon. The apartment itself is renovated, and therefore quite modern and fresh. Everything I needed for living comfortably was provided. The view from the balcony is wonderful. I stayed out of season and therefore a car is a must as there are no open shops close by. Malia is an easy 5 minute drive with supermarkets and cafes and a very good bakery. "Facilities were decent and our stay was mostly comfortable. Nicely situated close to many beaches and restaurants. Staff were very accommodating and always ready to help. Many families choose this place for a reason as it's kid-friendly and has a variety of things for all ages to do from mini golf to football, ping pong, basketball and a few pools for all abilities. Only down side for us was the air con not working properly in one of the bedrooms making it uncomfortable to sleep in."

"Decent three star resort, rooms are appropriate and clean, food was enough, mostly ok. We missed a more authentic Greek menu. Except for the breakfast coffee and juices, drinks need to be bought, even something as simple as water and ice. All other beach services are separatedly charged including sunbeds and umbrella.
