Cumpriu o básico, mas há espaço para melhorias

Staff super atencioso e gentil, mas infelizmente tive alguns problemas no meu quarto no que se refere à rede elétrica, o que me deixou sem chuveiro elétrico e tomadas por quase dois dias. A equipe do hotel foi proativa e o problema foi resolvido, mas ficou o incômodo de qualquer forma. O quarto tem um bom tamanho, com todas as comodidades. O café da manhã é básico, mas preparado com muita gentileza por parte da equipe do hotel.

Muito boa! Dono da pousada e os funcionários são muito atenciosos!!! Café da manhã eh excelente! Café ☕️ de verdade👍. Não gostei da piscina, pequena e em uma área feia, então se gosta de ficar na piscina a tarde depois dos passeios não atende a tds os hóspedes, mas eh aquecida e tem sauna! Disponibiliza toalhas para as cachoeiras, bem localizado e tem um centrinho com lojas, banco e onde comer!!! A pousada não tem vaga de carro para tds, mas tb eh seguro deixar em frente ou ao lado da pousada👍. Não deixem de ir no Mirante da janela👍👍, faça esse passeio como o primeiro! A trilha 🥾 eh longa e cansativa mas vale muito, eh maravilhoso!!! Ter dinheiro pq nas cachoeiras não aceitam cartão! Cobram de 30,00 a 40,00 por pessoa! A estrada para as cachoeiras são terríveis, são de terra, muitas subidas e muitos buracos, dica eh alugar um carro pra esse tipo de estrada! Se vierem agora outono e inverno às noites são frias, trazer roupas de frio! Mas durante os dias sol e calor e céu lindo azul!
