"Classic 5-star hotel as expected. Have stayed here on numerous occasions and never drops standards. Beware the parking fees at DFO (not managed by the hotel but can use a discount voucher from the hotel desk. The parking system tried to charge double. Had to use the help button and speak to someone before the correct charge was applied). This parking issue is not a negative reflection on the hotel though, just a heads-up for guests. Great hotel restaurant."

"The best hotel I ever stayed in. Everything was fantastic, especially the staff. Every employee we met was kind, eager to help and with such a great attitude. The hotel is beautiful and calming, like an oasis in the middle of the city. Our room was absolutely stunning, spacious, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed. Breakfast was a la cart and delicious. We especially liked the breakfast waitress, can't remember her name but she arrived 2 months ago from Peru. She was charming....

"It was a great price & close to the Conference centre, a lovely quirky little hotel. Honest (I stayed in a 'Shoebox' room) but the bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. I would recommend it and stay there again. The only down side was the half sized ironing board."
