"Staff were fantastic. Room was clean. Our suite was well appointed. The location between Isartor and Marienplatz was so close to everything. It was perfect for visits to Munich's many Christmas Markets. Even when busy staff go out of their way to help. Linda and Baset in particular were wonderfully engaging. The courtyard garden and in house cafe all enhanced the experience."
