"Great location in the heart of the old town but off the busy main squares so not as noisy. Everything needed was provided. Food and beverage ammenties were stocked in the room and basic food items easily available in the "honor" fridge in lobby room. And the prices were very very reasonable which is a nice change from hotels that triple the prices on these things. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great stay!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Salzburg. The room was a great size, with lots of space to move around, plus a couch and shelving that provided even more room for our things. We especially appreciated the bathroom setup, with the shower and sink separate from the toilet and another sink, which made it easy for two people to get ready at virtually the same time. The location was also great, with only a short walk to Mirabell Palace and the Old Town. There were also lots of restaurants...

"We don't understand, how this hotel got 4 stars! I think we have never stayed in such a run down hotel and especially for so much money! We couldn't believe we were in Austria. The doors were not only broken and needed repainting badly, but they were also dirty, there was black mold on the tile in the bathroom, the towels were cheap, bad and had spots, no extra toilet paper, no extra pillows, no refrigerator, very small blankets, the carpet in the halls was totally disgusting, etc....
