The bed was super comfortable. All in all good. I would appreciate the stay more if the hotel had a proper reception staffed with people. I also had an issue checking in as the card activation didn’t work, so I had to call. I might be sensitive when it comes to customer service, however I believe a staffed reception is part of a hotel experience.

This is a really unique and quirky property! We really enjoyed our room. We booked the top attic room with 5 twin beds and our kids/teens loved it! Really unique space with interesting history. I won't recommend it to people with mobility issues, as the stairs are steep and the ceiling has low beams. But for us it was a really fun experience. Other rooms may not be this way. Self check-in was easy! You just push open the old wooden door to enter the hotel. Once in the entryway, there is a ATM looking machine on the wall where you type in your name and contact information and it prints you your hotel room keycard. That card gets you further in the hotel and I to your room. We would definitely stay again!

I was not able to check in. Self service. I was sent the check in ID 3 days after the check in day. I had to leave. And have been fighting to get my money back. With no luck.

Eigentlich ist es ein schönes Hotel, alles sehr sauber, manche Zimmer sehr geräumig. Die Damen die Zimmer sauber machen sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Aber manche Gäste nehmen keine Rücksicht, laut lm Zimmer auch im Treppenhaus manchmal bis weit nach Mitternacht bis 2 -3 Uhr früh. Das Schlafen ist nicht möglich,frustrierend.

Es gibt schöne Einzelzimmer und weniger schöne. Diesmal hatte ich kein so gutes Einzelzimmer. Der Aufzugsschacht geht mitten durchs Zimmer dadurch ist das Zimmer nicht so gut. Keine Garderobe, kein Stuhl kein Tisch neben dem Bett alles sehr spartanisch. Einbau Schrank aber ohne Kleiderbügel. Was mir gar nicht nicht gefällt, ist das Fenster, durch die dicken Mauern kommt sehr wenig Licht in das Zimmer.
