Medewerkster Fatima is zeer onbehoorlijk in haar communicatie doordat ze de niet begrijpt wat er gezegd wordt omdat zij geen Engels spreekt en dan snel boos wordt om helemaal niets. "Absolutely incredible hotel. Amazing, relaxed vibe (unless there were kids in the pool, but that’s why headphones exist!). Staff all so lovely and go above and beyond. Beautiful decor with loads of thoughtful touches. Delicious food! Will be back :)"
