Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good range of facilities and I enjoyed the aqua aerobics which was free. The rooms were really lovely. Nice hot showers and beautiful smelling body wash. We enjoyed a little adventure to the beach. It isn't the easiest to get to and big waves, but we preferred the pool. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at the resort. The check-in was seamless and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend renting a vehicle, as the resort is quite aways from dining (other than resort options). Parking in the outside parking lot was free, as well as street parking. Parking underground was 12 euros per night. In October, we had no trouble finding a spot outside. The room was in the smaller side, but neat, clean and comfortable. Yes, there were a few ants in the bathroom, but it was understandable given the somewhat remote location close to nature. I would recommend bringing insect repellant, even in October, if you plan to eat outside in the evenings. The breakfasts were pretty good, with lots of options. We had the dinner buffet the first night for 29 euros per person - but for every other lunch and dinner, we went into Tavira or Faro. There were much better options with 4.8/5.0 reviews on google that were tastier and less expensive. If you have a choice, eat outside the resort. That being said, we would definitely stay here again. We did the yoga and the paddle boarding and enjoyed both activities. The yoga was very basic and certainly no comparison to yoga in any major North American city, but the beach was lovely. The paddleboards were the inflatable kind but I got the opportunity to work on my balance and their drag made sure I got a workout in. The resort is comparable to a 4.5 star resort in Mexico.

It was okay but rooms are small and not a lot of space to move around with luggage open. Not enough hooks or bars to put towels or hang up clothes in the washroom. Badly designed. Elevators have a foul stench. Towels are frayed. Definitely 3 star at best, not 4 star as advertised. Also had ants in our room.

Great adult hotel in a beautiful location. Strange bathroom with glass wall into bedroom and thin curtain covering it. Also no tissues and tea/coffee not replaced for 2nd day. Having to pay 10 Euros deposit for beach towel was strange. Bar staff were slow and need training. Tried to serve white port in tumbler with ice and had to wait 10 mins for them to find a bottle of vihno verde. However despite these slight irritations, we would definitely return.

Hôtel situé dans un environnement calme au bord des marais (pas de moustique) permettant de belles promenades dans la nature, mais également proche de la ville accessible à pied. Personnel disponible, toujours souriant et bienveillant quelque soit le poste exercé. Hôtel offrant différentes prestations : très belle piscine extérieure avec un nombre suffisant de transat et un cadre reposant; spa et piscine intérieure chauffée; salle de sport; salles avec télévision; quelques petites attentions très appréciables : huîtres le midi au bar pour déguster avec votre apéritif; une fleur offerte à chaque dame le samedi; champagne et gâteau servis en chambre le jour de votre anniversaire… peu d’activité proposée mais cela est peut-être dû au fait que nous étions hors saison en octobre. Restauration excellente avec des plats variés et différents à chaque service; possibilité d’un dîner gastronomique sur réservation. Chambre très propre ( comme tout l’hôtel); excellente literie; bouilloire, thé et bouteilles d’eau à disposition (1 à température ambiante et 1 au réfrigérateur). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, rien à redire
