This place was amazing. Located right outside Altus AFB and convenient to everything. The staff, especially Diego, were attentive and professional.

Short stay (2 days), the staff was very friendly and the hotel itself was in great condition; some of the bathroom fixtures were old and needed updating, but overall everything was great. I would stay here again.

* Not a very friendly check-in reception. *The 3rd floor button on the elevator is basically broken (shouldn't have to beat the hell out the button to make it work!) *The room was less than amazing. * And then, the batteries in door card reader failed and we were locked out of our room until maintenance got there! Seriously!?! Here's a thought... train the staff how to change the batteries out in the door card readers. Not that complicated, and would eliminate these type of complaints! DO BETTER!
