Le hace falta más mantenimiento

Necesitan poner mas enfasis en arreglar y cambiar aquello que ya esta viejo para darle un nuevo aire pues esta bien pero ya necesita renovarse en varias cosas

Regular, aunque costoso

La habitación es cómoda y agradable, el acceso a la playa dejo mucho que desear, esperaba un area para que los huéspedes pudieran disfrutar del acceso a la playa, en este aspecto dejó mucho que desear. En cuanto al costo si se me hizo un poco caro para lo que ofrece, no hubo servicio de cocina en toda mi estancia.

The grounds are unique and park like. Song birds can be heard and we were surprised to watch a meter long iguana run up a tree unexpectedly. Honestly, I think the property could really use some updating here and there.. and a bit more outdoor cleaning. In fairness with so many trees, it’s pretty tough to eliminate all that drops into the pool.. but it needed some attention. Our stay got off to a rough start the first day but the property’s owner personally spoke to me and made sure we were well taken care of afterwards. Overall I would recommend a stay there and plan to return.

Es un lugar rústico, solo creo falta personal para la atención, la señora de la recepción es muy amable y atenta pero ella no puede resolver todo, tienen privilegio de la playa pero las únicas dos palapas están cayéndose.

Muy buena ubicación, falta de limpieza en las habitaciones respecto a que encontré insectos y demasiado excremento de ratón en las orillas de las camas y en la parte de arriba del closet, también la presencia de abundantes cangrejos dentro de la alberca que hacen complicado que uno entre a nadar o que pueda caminar sin preocupaciones en las instalaciones

Not complaining I just hope others will understand what they are in for at this peaceful jungle like property. You only get 3 little 12oz bottles of drinking water, then on your own. Our villa had no WIFI so go to dining area, No shampoo, all check-in forms are in Spanish only, unless you speak Spanish bring your "Google Translate". Only the owner speaks English; he lives on property. This is a beach property easily accessed and ocean breezes cool the grounds. We could not figure out when Breakfast would be served even though you can come sit in dinning area at 8am; I'm sure the staff will arrive sooner or later. Bring Fido at an extra $200 pesos/day. There is a great restaurant, "Sirloin", 5KM near. Tender, awesome beef in various menu selections. Veracruz is 1 hour drive from property. Veracruz reminded us of the port city, Long Beach, California. We enjoyed our days here and will definitely stay here again.

An off-season visit to a nice property

Our stay was a little pricey since we were two nights, there over a weekend but the place was empty. It was low season and we were the only guests the first night. We had a villa and it was clean and everything worked properly. I would return if we came back to the area. Beach access was nice and a fairly short walk. The pool might have been open but it was dirty and in serious need of cleaning. They did have a pool man on our last day but he had to shock the pool with chlorine making it unusable.

En esta ocasión no estuvimos tan contentos, un colchón estaba horrible, agüado, una de las literas tenía sucia la colcha , no había las cosas de la carta para la hora de la comida y no me gustan los perros y había como 10 de los huéspedes, varios son correa.

Si lo que buscas es un hotel ecologico en contacto con la naturaleza donde puedas tener la calma, este hotel es el indicado. Aun cuando sus acabados son muy rusticos, el lugar se encuentra en medio de la naturaleza donde puedes disfrutar de la calma.

no vale lo que cuesta

El día que llegamos nos tardaron dos horas para entregarnos la habitación. El restaurante no es más que un comedor x que lo único que tiene son refrescos, cervezas y una que otra cosa. En la habitación que nos dieron(pulpo II) la chapa de la puerta no servía y las ventanas no tienen cerrojo. Los colchones son pésimos y las lagartijas abundan dentro. Cuentan con caja de seguridad, pero no sirven. Cuando reportamos las fallas de la habitación no hicieron caso y se negaron a repara o brindar otra solución. Pasamos muy mala experiencia tanto con el personal como con las instalaciones.
