"Definitely not a 5 star hotel, the room was lovely and spacious, food was ok but very similar everyday. Staff were so miserable especially in the restaurant never any cups or glasses available. We were all inclusive but when we got there, there was also an elite package which we didn’t know about so we were not able to get all drinks on all inclusive. Drinks available were still ok. Pool was nice and clean, pool area was clean. Disappointed that you have to pay to use the indoor pool as we had...

"I found all staff genuinely friendly accept for the front of house staff with the nose piercing and the black hair.
The place had silverfish (insects) which spoiled the experience and kept me up getting rid off them.
Generally it is a good place to go, if it never had the insect infestation.
My suitcase was accidentally broken by the porter which caused me a tremendous amount of hassle getting my personal belongings back home. That was an additional issue."
