"Our stay here was absolutely amazing. We were upgraded for small fee to a better room at the rear of the property. The skylights, windows, and location were perfect and spacious for 5 adults. "really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. "The apartment was completely fresh, it still had that new smell. Fixtures and fittings were as pictured and nice and contemporary. The shower was a little awkward with being half enclosed, half wet room and did spill water out onto the floor. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows and the air conditioning was a god send whilst there during a heatwave and was super quiet. "Our stay at The Palace was great and we highly recommend it! The location was ideal - just outside of old town in a quiet and safe area while still being just a short walk to both old town and the castle. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for the 5 of us. It was very clean, modern, and well appointed inside. We were also pleasantly surprised to find an elevator in the building. We highly recommend the restaurant next door to the entrance for breakfast as well!"
