"We booked this place thinking that it would be a good stay during our time at Naxos.
Far from the truth. Upon arrival, someone who we did not understand and he did not understand us showed up to show us the stay.
After staying in the room for about one hour, the AC in the main bedroom that my wife and I and baby would be sleeping in started dripping water. Making puddle in the room, I closed the AC and called tried to get in contact with them.

"The only good was the location, only 1 minute walk and you are on the beach and 3 minutes in the center of old town and restaurants.

"The address and the location of the hotel in the Expedia system are incorrect. We were looking for the hotel for 1 hour in the extreme heat but still couldn’t find it. The phone was not picked up by any staff of the hotel. After getting in touch with Expedia, Expedia staff provided the wrong information of the hotel again. "We recently stayed at Hotel Cezaria in Naxos and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
