"There really is no service at this hotel. You check yourself in to the hotel and everything is automatic. It was not a very welcoming experience at the hotel. The only experience we had with a live person was when housecleaning tried to come in hours before checkout. "

"Hotel was clean, service was fine. Location has its pros and cons. It is not in the central part of town so there’s a bit more of an authentic feel to the area where locals reside. However, it is a 10-15 minute taxi ride to get to the central part of Copenhagen where the main sites, restaurants and parks are and easier to get to other neighborhoods like Norrebro. This hotel had a bohemian feel to it almost like a higher end hostel. Though has a social atmosphere to it which is nice if you are...
