Very handy for airport and metro. Hotel a bit tired around the edges but staff and service were excellent. Lots of dining options around, sea is 10 min walk away for open water swimming and great running routes. Did everything we needed it too.

Nice hotel. Walking distance to Kastrup Airport - about 10 minutes, straight line, easy to find. Room very clean, had a coffee maker. Possible additions would have been a small fridge and air conditioning (we were there on a hot summer day).

This hotel was reasonably priced and only a short cab ride from the airport. Supposedly it is a walkable distance, about a mile from the airport, but it was raining and dark and I had a big suitcase to lug. The room was perfectly adequate, though the facilities seem a tad run down. Definitely get the breakfast buffet. It was amazing!

Disgusting room

Disgusting floor in the room. Bedsheet had a big unknown stain as well. The lady at checkin did a fantastic job. That was about all what was good here. I paid a ridiculous price cor what was the worst room I ever had. Do not go there.

Just one thing all washrooms should have exhausted fan to keep the steam put out the washroom, and carpets are not clean it’s smells bad also when you walk in the rooms hallway smell not good so need better on these please. Stuffs are very helpful and good service

I have stayed here before, so knew what to expect. Check in was a nightmare, as a flight had been cancelled and they were checking in airline passengers with one agent. After an hour someone else came, and asked guests not on the cancelled flight to check in separately. On check in not told about having to request room servicing daily, so after day one my room was not serviced. Bed was OK, but could do with new pillows and more of them. bathrooms clean but showing their age. For example soap dispenser was broken in the shower. Bins emptied early in the morning so no chance of a lie in. I did not have breakfast but bought pastries in the supermarket under the hotel. It was OK for the purpose of my visit, but maybe not for a long stay, i was only there 2 nights. very close to airport a 10 minute walk, so no taxi needed.

Booked because close to airport and had a shuttle. No shuttle. Rooms clean but dated could use some extra upkeep and a new coat of paint down hallways. No mini fridges in rooms, medication kept in glass pitcher with ice..Disappointed as did not meet expectations for a BW +. Johan was accommodating and personable.

While the front desk clerk was exceptionally friendly and helpful, we found the room to be wholly uncomfortable. The bed was way too soft. The bedside lamps while present were not plugged in, with no clear place to plug them in. The light switches in one instance caused some lights to strobe and could not be turned off without removing the room powering key. The bathroom tub was elevated without handrails or any means of ensuring safety for getting in and out of the tub. My partner decided not to risk a fall and refused to use the shower. While I did use the shower, there was no way to prevent water from getting all over the floor. The pipe under the sink seemed to be emptying into this drain area, but was not fully attached. Thankfully we had only booked for one night before our flight home the next day.

I traveled to Denmark and at the beginning of my stay I was at Phoenix Hotel which was in great location, clean and historic but super expensive, not worth the price we paid to be close to tourist attraction. I would not repeat that mistake again. The Best Western hotel gave us a huge room, twice as big as Executive double room in Phoenix which was their largest room there. The view was awesome form our room, bed was comfortable but attention to details were missing. Stains on the sofa and armchair was very obvious and bothersome. The door lock chain was broken and the coffee machine water container was left in the bathroom dirty. So I did not use their coffee at all. However Staff were friendly and nice. We did not use the breakfast, but the room they served it, was very nice too. The best part about this hotel is its proximity to multiple restaurants, (The hotel has its own restaurant too), a reasonably price grocery store had everything you needed, a short walk to metro and one station away from airport. We literally walked to the metro with our large suitcases, got tickets , and went to airport in 5 minutes. I would choose this hotel again to save money, get a massive room and be close to metro. But I hope they step up in their cleaning of the furniture upholstery inside the rooms, the coffee machine. and fix the stuff before admitting their guests into the room. I did not get this hotel a 4 or 5 star because I have OCD and cleanness is very important to me.

Nice room with good location close to the airport. I spent one night there and it was affordable and just as advertised. 15 minute walk from Kastrup airport and across the road from a supermarket. Quick check-in and a breakfast that has something for all. Didnt try the bar but the room was quite, clean with a good shower/bathroom.
