"It’s a nice place to stay for a quick stop. The place looks huge, but it stops at the rooms. The four-bedroom is probably the smallest room I’ve been in during a hostel stay. The bathroom is also very small. Aa I would recommend privacy curtains for the bunks, especially the bottom bunks, since their design differs from the top bunks and they are so close together. "Another stay at A&O Sydhavn :) We had a room on the ground floor overlooking the main road ..wasn’t one of the best locations we’ve had there but we slept well. We had an issue with our booking this visit - whilst reception couldn’t help - they gave me the customer service email who replied quickly and the issue was promptly resolved :)"

"The hotel was overbooked and our rooms were already gone when we arrived. The owner lied and said he woukd sort it all out with Expedia to get us new rooms. An hour later I called Expedia myself and was told they had not heard from the owner. So I spent 90 minutes on the phone with them and was directed to a new location in Copenhagen, Denmatk, almost an hour away.
