"4 night stay in a comfortable and well appointed suite. Stayed in a suite on the 4th floor and found it to be spacious (family with 2 adults and 1 child) and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows and bedding. Especially appreciated the black out curtains and having access to a fridge and coffee/tea. "The check-in process was a real problem because I never received email with the instructions. So before I left the airport, I checked all my emails again and then called the hotel which wasn’t easy. You have to wait for them to call you back to get the instructions and how to check in. The instructions to find the hotel once I got to the right Metro Station were also not helpful.
